Booking Information

Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email. If your session is an online session it will be conducted online via zoom. You will receive the zoom link in your appointment confirmation email. 

Please ensure you are using a device that allows for video & audio.

 

On the day of the appointment, it is recommended that you connect 5 minutes prior to your session start time.

Payment

In order to secure your booking full payment is required.

Cancel/Reschedule

If you require to cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us.

Please note there is no refund for same-day cancellations.
