About Katherine

Hi, I’m Katherine, I’m a Self Directed Healing Practitioner. 

I am committed to helping women find balance and purpose in their lives and build better relationships with themselves. My work focuses on helping you realise your potential, let go of limitations and experience powerful healing.

From a very young age, my intuitive and empathetic nature has given me the skills to listen to others, and help people find solutions.

I had always felt the calling to help others, and help them live happier fuller lives. My life experiences and those of others around me have brought to my awareness the impact that unprocessed emotions, trauma, and suffering had on the life of others.

After feeling lost and disconnected for some time, I decided to explore this further. As I looked for answers, I came across Self Directed Healing.

​

Having experienced my own healing I completely was blown away. By releasing emotions of guilt and anxiety, which were deep emotional blockages and limiting beliefs I had carried for years, I finished the training feeling lighter, clearer, and driven.

 

I found my balance and gained confidence and purpose in helping others.

What is SDH?

A simple, fast and measurable process that identifies the root cause and shifts deep blocks that enables one to achieve and sustain emotional health and wellbeing.

This method releases deep emotional pain and limiting beliefs energetically through the physical body and the conscious mind.
